Sharni Vison, an Australian-American actor and dancer was born on 22 July 1983, in Sydney Australia. Sharni Vinson made her debut as an actress in 2001 when she played the role of a woman on Home and Away, a soap opera in Australia. Her role was selected to play the leading character on the Australian soap opera Home and Away because her performance in this limited role was so compelling that the casting agents requested her to play other parts. She auditioned however for the part but wasn't selected. In the season, she played Cassie Turner who was a troubled teen with a foster family. The fans and critics loved the performance.
