Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, at the age of 17. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within a year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her university studies. She came back in 2015 and picked up where she previously left off taking part in elite contests such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. In October 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she finished third. The summer of 2016 saw her took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. Ariel competed with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out includes her lower back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up before going into working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
