Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of experience. She has worked with leaders in different industries to improve the business results, especially during rapid growth. As an advisor, she was involved in transforming people and business strategies into strategies, goals, and enterprise-wide objectives by focusing on organizational performance, employee involvement, and change. She believes that learning is the primary aspect of leadership. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leadership and coaches with evidence-based success. This experience helped create organizations that were characterized by innovative learning practices and the ability to change. Annmarie's enthusiasm for promoting Learning Ally has inspired her to give all of her energy and efforts to the charity. In addition, she is a supporter of several non-profit organisations in her spare time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
